CARE: Community Assisting with Recreation Experiences

CARE provides assistance to El Dorado Hills’ families who would otherwise be unable to participate in the El Dorado Hills Community Services District’s Recreation programs. CARE provides funding annually in the form of fee offsets to help community members participate in recreational team sports, fitness classes, swim lessons and summer camps, etc.. Donate Now

Bass lake OUTDOOR EDUCATION, TRAILS AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS

EDH Promise Foundation has the Leadership Role – along with the El Dorado Hills CSD – for development of Bass Lake Regional Park. This project will provide new athletic fields, all-inclusive adventure playgrounds, adult fitness, dog park, trails and connectivity, wildlife viewing, open space preservation, and serve as an outdoor education and learning center. The EDH Promise Foundation will also seek to preserve open space and provide outdoor education, trails and environmental programs in places beyond the Bass Lake Project. Currently (2025), we continue to await progress on the County permitting process and project design... Stay tuned for more exciting updates for this regional park and how to get involved. EL DORADO HILLS FUTURE DOG PARKS

The El Dorado Hills Promise Foundation's Dog Park Fund is a geographically-focused fund serving the needs of the El Dorado Hills Community with a focus on the El Dorado Hills community dog park. The Promise Foundation does this by supporting the El Dorado Hills Community Services District in providing public parks, health and welfare, senior and youth services, as well as education and recreation programs that cannot be furnished by other means. El Dorado Hills Senior Programs

The EDH Promise Foundation's Senior Fund was established to provide recreational, educational, and engagement for El Dorado Hills seniors. Whether supporting the EDH Moni Gilmore Senior Center, events, facility upgrades, transportation, or any other community-wide needs, this fund is available to the many seniors in El Dorado Hills.
